AI Lab Odyssey Secures $1.45 Billion Valuation in New Funding

AI lab Odyssey has been valued at $1.45 billion following its latest funding round. The company raised $310 million in Series B funding. This investment round included several notable participants. Natural Capital led the funding round. Amazon, AMD Ventures, and Nvidia were also among the contributors. The funding will accelerate the development and deployment of Odyssey's world models. Odyssey is an AI lab that builds general-purpose world models. Its world models can create 3D environments. As part of its partnership, Odyssey will use Amazon Web (AWS) services and Amazon's Trainium. Odyssey ML's co-founders are Oliver Cameron and Jeff Hawke. The company has 55 employees.
