BofA Upgrades EU Luxury Sector Amid China Stimulus Hopes

BofA has upgraded its outlook on the European Union luxury sector. This upgrade is based on the expectation that stimulus measures in China will drive a recovery in the sector. China's central bank, the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), is set to conduct overnight reverse repos. This action will inject a total of 2.1 trillion yuan into the market. Analysts at JPMorgan noted that oil prices have remained remarkably restrained despite recent hostilities. They suggested that developments in China are a key factor in future price movements.
