Dell’s DFO Management and Sequence are set to acquire Baldwin in a $7.7 billion deal. The transaction involves Michael Dell’s DFO Management. Sequence is also part of the acquisition group. WeightWatchers entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Weekend Health, Inc. which operates under the brand name Sequence, on March 06, 2023. WW International, Inc. completed its acquisition of Weekend Health, Inc. on April 10, 2023. Sequence is a digital health platform specializing in clinical weight management.
