The health and wellness company announced Gratziani's planned departure. Herbalife stock tumbled following the news. Herbalife, which identifies itself as a premier health and wellness company, community, and platform, has outlined its financial targets. The company projects 1% to 6% net sales growth for 2026. Gratziani reflected on the company's 2025 performance, highlighting reductions in its total leverage ratio. This ratio decreased to 2.8x from 3.9x. Gratziani stated this step down underscored the business's strength. The company recently provided preliminary results for the first quarter of 2026. Herbalife expects net sales for Q1 2026 to be above its guidance. Adjusted EBITDA is anticipated to be at or above the high end of guidance for the quarter. The company also provided an update on its senior secured debt. Herbalife's CEO Stephan Gratziani, along with Chief Financial Officer John DeSimone, is scheduled to participate in a fireside chat.
