Infracore Shares Debut Below Offer Price on Swiss Exchange

Infracore shares opened below their initial public offering (IPO) price on the SIX Swiss Exchange yesterday, July 9, 2026. This debut marks a new listing for Infracore, a Swiss healthcare real estate investor. The offering priced shares at CHF 54 each. The initial listing price represents an approximate 5% increase to Medical Properties Trust's (MPT) carrying value. This values Infracore's equity market capitalization at CHF 826 million. The IPO planned to offer up to 5,643,517 shares at a fixed price of CHF 54.00 per share. The transaction features Regulation S and offered 4,209,203 shares. The offering generated strong interest, making it the largest in the Swiss market this year by transaction size. The placement aimed to raise up to Sfr250 million. Lenz & Staehelin advised Infracore on its IPO and listing. Infracore was valued at $1 billion in its plans for the IPO. The company's launch on the SIX Swiss stock exchange was announced for July 9.
