JPMorgan Raises S&P 500 Target on Earnings, AI Momentum

JPMorgan also turned more constructive on Honeywell in its 2026 outlook. Investors are positioning for earnings, rate tailwinds, and potential growth driven by AI. JPMorgan's valuation is under review in this context. Morgan Stanley recommends quality stocks with large market capitalizations. It also suggests companies adopting artificial intelligence and the S&P 500. Other memory stocks experienced declines as investors reacted to Samsung Electronics' shareholder return plan. Samsung Electronics stock had its worst day in three weeks on Monday. Hedge funds and mutual funds are both overweight six specific stocks.
