The company is also extending AI companions to advertisers. Meta's AI assists in content categorization, helping content reach target audiences. AI now writes 41% of content on Facebook. Viewers can access AI summaries of content and ask Meta AI questions about posts without leaving the app. Facebook aims to differentiate AI-generated posts from human-made content. The company also wants creators to prioritize storytelling and authentic delivery. Meta is introducing generative AI tools for advertisers. These tools open a new chapter in content creation for them. The company is also rolling out its Business AI assistant beyond WhatsApp and Messenger. This allows companies to embed the assistant directly on their own websites and in ads. In other developments, Meta surpassed Google in ad revenue sales. Meta's ad revenue is growing at an estimated 24.1% this year. This is more than double Google's projected 11.9% growth. Reels, Advantage Plus, and AI-driven creative tools are fueling this growth. Meta is also adding AI-powered voice effects within Instagram DMs and an AI jersey image generator on Facebook.
