Meta Platforms launched an AI-powered Business Agent. The company announced the tool on Wednesday. This new AI agent aims to automate daily operations for businesses. The AI agent will be part of a subscription under the Meta One brand, introduced last week. It is designed to assist companies with customer support, sales, and marketing. The service expands to Instagram and is now available globally. It can also be embedded directly on companies' own sites and ads. The AI agent can respond to customers 24/7 across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. It can answer customer questions, recommend products, book appointments, and qualify sales leads. If required, it can reroute queries to a human.
