Shein Targets $25 Billion Valuation for Hong Kong IPO

Online fast, fashion retailer Shein is reportedly targeting a company valuation of approximately $25 billion for its Hong Kong initial public offering. This valuation marks a decrease from nearly $100 billion four years prior. The company's Executive Chairman, Donald Tang, is set to step down. Mr. Tang's departure is linked to the impending completion of his mission to take the company public. Shein Global Holdings Ltd. plans to begin accepting investor orders for its IPO as early as August 20. The company aims for a Hong Kong trading debut around August 28.
