SK Hynix Closes $28 Billion ADR Bookbuild After Oversubscription

SK Hynix is set to conclude the bookbuilding for its $28 billion offering of American depositary receipts (ADRs) on Wednesday. The close will occur at 4 p.m. U.S. time. Orders for the ADRs have reportedly been oversubscribed. The company launched the ADR sale on Monday. The offering includes 17.79 million new shares. This makes it one of the world's largest such sales. On Wednesday, SK Hynix shares lost as much as 3.59%. Orders for the offering were oversubscribed by several times.
