BT, Verizon Form $4 Billion International Enterprise Joint Venture

BT Group and Verizon have established a joint venture valued at $4 billion. The new entity combines the international enterprise units of both companies. It will serve more than 3,000 multinational customers in over 180 countries. The joint venture operates on a 50:50 basis. This collaboration represents approximately $4 billion in combined annual revenue. The combined entity aims to provide connectivity services to its global customer base.
