Celsius Holdings Stock Rises Amid CEO Share Purchase, Leadership Challenge

Celsius Holdings stock increased after its CEO purchased company shares. The rise follows recent attention on the energy drink maker. A billionaire investor is also calling for a change in leadership at the company. Rockstar Energy founder Russ Savage stated he controls 12 million shares of Celsius Holdings. This amounts to approximately 4.7% of the company. Savage told CNBC he aims to take over as CEO. This multi-million dollar investment has developed into a public dispute over the leadership of one of America’s largest energy drink manufacturers.
