Goldman Sachs Appoints Michael Bosworth Interim General Counsel

Goldman Sachs has appointed Michael Bosworth as acting general counsel. He will also serve as a member of the firm's core executive leadership team. This appointment follows Kathryn Ruemmler stepping down from her previous role. Bosworth's new role became effective on July 1. Ruemmler had been the top Goldman Sachs lawyer.
