Ford CEO: Chinese Automakers May Enter US Market

Ford's CEO informed employees that Chinese automakers might enter the U.S. market within the next decade. The U.S. economy recently experienced a 1.5% growth rate in Q2. June also saw core inflation at 3.3%. The Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) inflation gauge fell in June for the first time since the pandemic. This decline underscored the Federal Reserve's decision to maintain borrowing costs this week. International buyers purchased approximately 67,000 homes in the U.S. over the 12 months ending in March. This figure represents a near, record low.
