Oman India Fertiliser Seeks $678M Through Muscat IPO

Oman India Fertiliser Company (OMIFCO) plans to raise $678 million through an initial public offering (IPO) in Muscat. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has approved the prospectus for the offering. This approval paves the way for the IPO. The shares offered in the IPO represent 25% of OMIFCO's share capital.
